BMSB2021 will go HYBRID comprising:
• A normal in-Person/on-Site meeting with large attendance and in-person FUN.
• Virtual Components for those with travel restriction due to COVID-19.

2. After payment, You will receive your registration confirmation by e-mail within 24hrs.

Important
• Each accepted paper must have at least one Full Registration, unless it is the second paper by the same author. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
• Each full registration can cover up to 2 papers. For the second paper by the same author, an additional registration fee of USD$150 / RMB￥1000 is required. The third paper requires a new full registration, while the registration for the fourth paper is the same as the second paper.
• Full registrations for authors are required according to the above mentioned policy and should be completed prior to final paper submissions.
• The registration policy applies to both on-site and online attendances, which means the same registration fee for virtual and on-site attendances at the hybrid event.

Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the secretariat (BMSB2021@outlook.com) according to the following policy.
• Cancellation and refund is not available on the phone.
• In case of refund via bank transfer, it may be completed after the conference, and the processing fee will be deducted accordingly.• Cancellation before (or on) 9th July 50% refund
• Cancellation after 9th July No refund * Including no-shows in the conference.
